Our team is dedicated to providing restorative and rehabilitative care, with ongoing assessments to meet each client’s evolving needs.
Supervising nurses oversee the work of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), all of whom are board-certified, and ensure that Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) follow individualized care plans to the highest standards.
