Ridgewood Personal Care Home, Inc is a accredited organization that provides Personal Care and Support, Skilled Nursing, and Community based Services. The Agency is licensed by the State of Georgia to provide community based healthcare services to metro-Atlanta area and surrounding counties. Services are rendered by Certified Nursing Assistants who are supervised by experienced Registered Nurses and other support professionals. Skilled nursing services are provided by our RNs and LPNs.

Skilled Nurses

Ridgewood provides skilled nursing services by a registered nurse or licensed nurse under the direction of the supervising nurse. Our nurses are professionally licensed.

Personal Support Services

Our Personal Support Services assist the elderly, adults with physical disabilities in the comfort of their own home. Our Caregivers are trained to help with daily activities, and to perform task assigned.

Companion/Sitter Services

Everyone needs companionship and all of us need helping hand every now and again. If your loved one is struggling with everyday activities....

Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)

Ridgewood under Georgia Pediatric Program provides Skilled nursing services to medically fragile children.

Private Home Care

Ridgewood Personal Care Home Inc, provides high-quality private in home care.

Independent Care Waiver Program (ICWP)

We provide services to adult Medicaid members with physical disabilities that live in their own homes

Community Care Services Program (CCSP)

Ridgewood Personal Care Home provide service through Georgia Medicaid Programs.
