Ridgewood provides skilled nursing services by a registered nurse or licensed nurse under the direction of the supervising nurse. Professional nursing services shall be performed in accordance with the attending physician’s plan of treatment. Our nurses provide, restorative and rehabilitative services, assessment, and regular reassessment of the nursing needs of the client throughout the course of care. Our nurses monitor services provided by our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) all of which are board certified. Our nurses monitor services provided by our direct care staff or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on regular basis to ensure that services are provided according to the individual care plan.
